GS writes to CMD BSNL regarding immediate stopping of Monetisation of Densely Populated Staff Quarters of Mumbai at Powai and Prabhadevi Dadar and Immediate stopping of eviction process of these quarters. It is causing great deal of suffering to the resident employees and resulting unrest among the employees of Mumbai.

Today (03.07.2023) District Secretary SNEA Ghazipur district of UPE Circle Sh Nafish Ahmad ji a veteran leader along with other team members of Ghazipur OA UPE joined AIGETOA.

He expressed his confidence in the leadership of AIGETOA and told that AIGETOA is taking the issues with right approach, they have the zeal to fight for the rights, take the issues to its logical conclusion and above all they have shown the inclusive approach without any bias. He further expressed that AIGETOA is the larger umbrella which have mix of all group of leaders and hence they are best fit and natural home to all executives in order to carry forward the aspirations.

The SNEA team was welcomed into AIGETOA fold by Sh S S Chaudhary CS UPE, Sh RN Mishra JS Central AIG CHQ and Sh Jamal Ahmad Khan sir a great leader and now AIGETOAn and Ex-CHQ/Circle OB of SNEA UPE.

Friends this has created a new chapter in the Executive Unity of UPE and is going to give great impetus to the collective resolution of issues including the financial one at district/circle as well as CHQ level.

Team AIGETOA Punjab comprising Sh Amit Roy JS(North), Sh Yogesh Chhabra CS, Sh Vikas Gupta CP, Sh Narinder Kumar ACS, Sh Jaspreet Singh ACS and Sh Ramanand Srivastava ACS welcomed Member (Services) Sh Uma Shankar Pandey Department of telecom on behalf of AIGETOA Punjab Circle on his visit to Chandigarh. Team also submitted a memorandum regarding pending HR issues like Standard Pay Scale E2-E3, 30% SAB, 3rd PRC, Promotions in different cadre and TA DA revision.

AIGETOA CTD has arranged a free health camp and medical check-up for all the employees of CTD on 31st May 2023, on the day of its office room inauguration.

The response of this occasion was overwhelming. Executives and non-executives of different unions/associations have participated in this event and availed the medical services.

Respected CGM CTD sir had inaugurated this medical camp and was the first person to avail all the tests with positive enthusiasm.

The camps was conducted by Suraksha Diagnostics, Kothari Medical Centre and Centre for Sight. The following tests was offered,

• Body Composition and Body fat analysis

On 15th May 2023, Team AIGETOA HP Comprising of Sh Chander Singh Negi CS AIGETOA HP, Sh Brijesh Negi CP AIGETOA HP, Sh Mohit Kashyap ACS AIGETOA HP, Sh D N Sharma CWC, Sh Deepak Joshi DS, Sh Vijay Paul Negi ADP, Sh Naresh Sharma DFS, Sh Proshan Jeet ADS, Sh Bhaskardutt Sharma ADS and other executives members Sh Vinay Kumar, Sh N L Sharma met CMD BSNL Sh P K Purwar and Director (CFA) Sh Vivek Banzal at Shimla & welcomed them to Devbhoomi Himachal Pradesh on BSNL National Event Bharat Fiber Championship League-2023 with a flower bouquets and honoured them in Pahari Tradition i.e. Himachali Cap & Stroll.

The Annual General Meeting of AIGETOA Chennai was successfully conducted on 10.03.2023. All India President Shri Veerabhadra Rao, Joint Secretary (South) Shri S Suresh Kumar, CHQ Advisor Shri K Senthil Kumar and CHQ OS Shri Nithya Jarald attended and graced the occasion. CGM Chennai and PGM HR were unable to attend the AGM due to last moment meeting. They have conveyed their wishes to our CS Shri Uma Chandran. AIP Shri Veerabhadra Rao and JS (South) Shri S. Suresh Kumar addressed the gathering and briefed the house about the current status of various issue taken by CHQ with the management.

The event started off with the Lighting of the Lamp by the AIP and also by AGM Smt Vasantha and Padmavathi marking the Women’s Day celebration as well.

The inauguration ceremony was also attended by Shri T Narender CS Telangana Circle, Shri M Madhava Rao Chairman TS Circle, DP HTD Shri Ashok, DS HTD Shri GVVN Sateesh, CFS Shri Munibabu, ACSs Shri B baburao & Shri Kalyan Kumar, CVP Shri Veeresh, DFS Shri Anand, ADSs, DVPs, OS of HTD, other units DSs and DPs and other Union leaders Shri Rajaram, CS SEWA Telangana, DS Shri Anjaneyulu HTD Telangana, DS NFTE Shri Muthu, DS BSNLEU Shri Sushil and members of AIGETOA HTD.

After the inauguration, the meeting was open for discussion on various topics of concern to the members. Discussion held on E1+5 increments, Standard Pay Scales, EPF full pension, Promotions in various cadre & Pay Revision etc., AIP replied to all the above and assured the members of full support of the CHQ in raising their issues with the management.
