Director (HR) invited Forum of Executives Associations for discussions on the agenda points of the agitation notice served on 30.11.2021. We explained the demands with full justifications. The meeting conducted on 14.12.2021 and detailed discussions held for two hours and finally DIR(HR) informed that management will revert back in few days.
Forum representatives categorically told that unless and until the issues raised in the agitation notice are resolved in totality, Forum will continue with the agitation program and in fact it will be intensified further.
Hence all the rank and file of all the constituents of Forum of Executives Associations is requested to start mobilizing for intensifying the agitation programs further.

BSNL SR Cell has issued a letter inviting the leaders of the Forum of Executive Associations to attend the proposed meeting with Director (HR) at 16:00 Hours on 14.12.2021 for deliberation on the issues submitted in the organizational program.

Grant of Special Causal Leave to the executives members of AIGETOA for attending the Central Executive Meeting on 11th Dec 2021.
The DoT has issued minutes of the meeting held between All Unions and Associations of BSNL (AUAB) and officials of the DoT on 24.11.2021 at Sanchar Bhawan, New Delhi. The minute has captured the written agenda submitted by the AUAB and the reply shared by the DoT. The minute carries the various issues discussed along with standard scale of E2-E3 but doesn’t mention SAB issue, which was also raised in the meeting. The issue of standard scale and SAB will be taken up further with the DoT in line with the discussion held on 24.11.2021.
