All BSNL Executives and Employees of BSNL are requested to mobilize each and every one to come out in large numbers and Tweet/Retweet the message in support of career progression, standard pay scales and other demands in the Notice with proper language with the following Hashtag to raise our voice for Justice.

Director (HR) invited Forum of Executives Associations for discussions on the agenda points of the agitation notice served on 30.11.2021. We explained the demands with full justifications. The meeting conducted on 14.12.2021 and detailed discussions held for two hours and finally DIR(HR) informed that management will revert back in few days.

Forum representatives categorically told that unless and until the issues raised in the agitation notice are resolved in totality, Forum will continue with the agitation program and in fact it will be intensified further.

Hence all the rank and file of all the constituents of Forum of Executives Associations is requested to start mobilizing for intensifying the agitation programs further.

Make extensive preparations for the coming agitation programs in the banner of Forum of BSNL Executives Associations on the Charter of Demands by conducting joint meeting at Circle and SSA level. Conduct Desk to Desk Awareness campaign jointly. Give wide publicity through Posters, Banners etc. Accelerate the submission of Memorandum to Hon MPs and forwarding the same to Hon’ble MoC and observe the protest schedule as follows:

>> Relay Hunger Fast at BA, Circle, BSNL HQs from 28-30 December, 2021.

>> Mass Casual Leave on 03.01.2022.

>> Leaving Official WhatsApp and Non-cooperation from 03.01.2022 onwards.

>> Mass Indefinite Dharna at BSNLCO from 10.01.2022 onwards till settlement of the issues.

BSNL SR Cell has issued a letter inviting the leaders of the Forum of Executive Associations to attend the proposed meeting with Director (HR) at 16:00 Hours on 14.12.2021 for deliberation on the issues submitted in the organizational program.

The DoT has issued minutes of the meeting held between All Unions and Associations of BSNL (AUAB) and officials of the DoT on 24.11.2021 at Sanchar Bhawan, New Delhi. The minute has captured the written agenda submitted by the AUAB and the reply shared by the DoT. The minute carries the various issues discussed along with standard scale of E2-E3 but doesn’t mention SAB issue, which was also raised in the meeting. The issue of standard scale and SAB will be taken up further with the DoT in line with the discussion held on 24.11.2021.

As per the scheduled program, the Memorandum has to be submitted to the Hon’ble Members of Parliament jointly by the Leaders of all three Associations (AIGETOA, SNEA & AIBSNLEA) at respective level by reaching out to the Hon’ble MPs of your areas as well as outside. The Memorandum has to be submitted preferably in the designated period of 7th to 15th December, 2021 under the joint signature.

Dear all

Congratulations. It is learnt that DPC for JTO to SDE Electrical is over and placed for the ajstfpproval of the competent authority. Orders are expected to be issued shortly.

DPC for JTO to SDE Promotions in Civil and Architecture wing is also reportedly complete. The same shall be placed for approval of competent authority for issuance of promotion orders.

The preparatory work for DPC for next vacancy years in JTO to SDE (Telecom) stream is almost complete. Some data from SRD and LICE batches is still awaited. Circle Secretaries are requested to ensure that the pending data is sent within next 2-3 days to ensure that no body is left out. AIGETOA is constantly keeping a watch over the developments and will ensure that JTO to SDE Promotions for left out candidates is also completed immediately.
