BSNL CO writes to all Heads of Circles regarding processing of e-APAR of Executive & Non-executive employees of BSNL, online through ESS-Portal for year 2022-23.

Final opportunity is given to complete the initiation /self appraisal/reporting/reviewing activities of e-APAR. The window to complete pending e-APARs of FY 22-23 through ESS is opened. The APARs pending for initiation/ submission of self appraisal must be submitted positively. Similarly reporting/reviewing must be completed during this last window.

It may be noted that these timelines will not be extended any further.

Online Transfer Portal (0TP) Permission to withdraw the pending applications of pervious OTP window and resubmit fresh application :

With active pursuance of AIGETOA, finally It has been decided that, henceforth, the executives whose applications, submitted in previous OTP window, for transfer on request basis and are still pending for decision, shall be permitted to withdraw their previous OTP applications and apply afresh during the subsequent OTP windows. As a result, the executives, whose applications submitted till OTP January 2023 for transfer on request basis and are still pending for decision shall be permitted to withdraw their previous OTP applications and apply afresh in new OTP.

Restructuring Cell of BSNL CO issues instructions for cadre review of BSNL :

As informed earlier and as per commitment extended to AIGETOA, Restructuring Cell of BSNL CO issued orders for cadre review. AIGETOA has been consistently following up the issue. This review exercise will result in an increase in cadre strength across various streams and cadres including that of Telecom, Finance, Civil Electrical, CSS, PPS/PS/PA etc. It will be the endeavor for AIGETOA to increase the posts and also ensure sufficient posts every year for fast track mode.

This exercise will result into opening of further promotional posts in JTO, JAO, SDE, AO, AGM, CAO, DGM, CSS, PPS/PS/PA etc. We envisage our commitment to ensure promotions for all those who have completed their residency period in the grade.
