GS AIGETOA writes to CMD BSNL regarding enquiry of the alleged irregularities by M/s NexGen in the BSNL IDC, Mumbai against the terms and conditions of signed MoU and causing severe financial loss to BSNL.
AIGETOA thanks one and all for the overwhelming response on the Group Health Insurance proposal. We are now into the process of Final Negotiation with the insurance agency and soon we will be publishing the final proposal which will be at the best rates and best services and benefits.
We are happy to note that employees of almost all cadres across the BSNL have shown their interest on this first Pan India health insurance scheme for BSNL working employees on association platform. This scheme will automatically pave the path to give an insight to management to make indoor treatment in the same manner and Premium to be paid By the employer as done with other corporate organizations.
As assured this scheme will be ready to start by April-2021. This will cover all the major hospitals in the districts across country with cashless claim facilities. Wherever such hospitals are absent, reimbursement shall be applicable provided treatment is taken in 15 or more than 15 bedded hospital. Those who have not submitted their willingness may do so when the link for Final Policy Which shall be opened by AIGETOA.

Consideration of Request Transfer cases from Accounts and Finance wing:
We expressed our displeasure over the non issuance of transfer orders in accounts and finance wing since last 9 months and briefed about the increasing frustration amongst the accounts officers day by day. Despite integration of HR, while the cases are being considered in other streams, at the same time they are totally stalled in accounts cadre. We requested for her kind intervention and discussion with PGM Pers to issue the orders immediately. DIRECTOR Finance assured us that transfer order will be issued soon.
Payment of Salary for the months of February.
We requested for release of Februay month salary. She intimated that fund collection is not improving as expected. Hence fund is being arranged to pay the salary as soon as possible.
Restructuring
we requested for her kind intervention in the Restructuring exercise and manpower planing to ensure that sufficient number of posts are available at all levels in all the streams. She assured to take care of our aspirations.
Verification of personnel data of Executives in SAP Portal from service book for implementation of e-DPC/CPC through SAP Portal w.e.f 01.04.2021. DO letter from PGM(Pers) BSNL CO to all the CGMs to complete uploading Manual APAR data from 2014-15 onward and to verify personnel Data of Executives in SAP portal from service book by 15.03.2021.
