Annual General Meeting (AGM) of AIGETOA UP East Circle held on 9th Sept 2022 at Lucknow. GS AIGETOA Sh Wasi Ahmad, GM HR Sh Anil Vaish, Chief Civil Sh Rajender Kumar, PGMT Lucknow Sh Rajesh Kumar, GS BTEU Sh R C Pandey & JS (Central) Sh Rajeev Nandan Mishra were present to grace occasion.
Open session was held in first half & in second half deliberation on various HR issues like Pay loss, Promotion, Pension took place.
GS AIGETOA writes to Director HR regarding implementation of web based online attendance and KPI based IPMS system in BSNL.
AIGETOA highlighted the concern with various shortcoming of the system while implementing in real time. We anticipate that concerns will be judged on merit and incorporated in the decision, while implementing the online attendance system as well as KPI based IPMS system to see any tangible result in the organization.
AIGETOA Office Jamshedpur BA, Jharkhand was inaugurated by CGM Jharkhand Sh Kalyan Kishore Singh on 7th Sep 2022 in presence of Shri Dashrath Mahto, GMTD Jamshedpur, CS JKD Shri Arvind Kumar, CP JKD Shri Abu Asif Hasan, CFS JKD Shri Sanjay Kumar Gupta and all members of association.
The hearing on the stay of AGM Promotion came up today after the respondent BSNL filed MA for vacation of stay and prepone the hearing as well as members from AIGETOA and others also impleaded in the case for vacation of stay at Hon’ble CAT Jabalpur.
All advocates from respondent and intervener parties members from AIGETOA & others pleaded strongly for the vacation of stay. The advocate of applicant ( MT) side strongly opposed the vacation of stay and pleaded to court that they should be given time to prove that their contention has Merit and current AGM promotion is going to affect the seniority of their client adversely and that process of AGM Promotions is not in line with MSRRs.
After hearing all sides next date of hearing is fixed as 14th Sept 2022. The stay continues till next date of hearing.
It is observed that nomination forms of many employees & Officers are not entered in their Service Book & ERP. During any mishappening with the employee, families get unnecessary trouble for the payment.
It is requested to all who has not submitted their nomination form till now to submit it immediately in two copies to their concerned admin Section and get entry both in Service book & ERP.

BSNL CO has issued guidelines to implement new Online Attendance Management System in all circles/units of BSNL.
BSNL CO issued instructions for entry/Verification of PwBD data, in infotype 0077 in SAP(ERP) Portal, in respect of all PwBD employees.
