Update on Transfer Discrepancies and Pending OTP, Modification, Retention & Cancellation Cases as submitted by AIGETOA:

Detailed deliberations were held on 23.06.2026 between Team AIGETOA, Director (HR), and PGM (Personnel) on the Transfer Posting issues. The work is in progress and is likely to be concluded within this week. The positive aspect is that the discrepancies submitted by AIGETOA have been acknowledged, and we are hopeful that parity and equitable treatment will be ensured for all affected executives. Medical and PwD cases were also discussed. These cases are under process, and the necessary correction orders are expected to be issued shortly.

We have come across a Google Sheet being circulated by the very same group that had earlier certified the transfer orders as the “best possible” and claimed that no better orders could have been issued. In fact, their certification was reportedly used before higher authorities to justify the transfer orders by stating that the recognized representative association had endorsed them, while AIGETOA was unnecessarily raising issues.

Now, the same group is asking executives to fill in a Google Sheet to capture transfer discrepancies. The purpose behind such an exercise can be well understood. We request all executives not to fall into such traps. AIGETOA has already taken the issue of transfer disparities to the highest level and will continue pursuing it until justice is ensured for every affected executive.

This has always been their style of functioning, do nothing initially and later attempt to claim credit for the work done by others so as to mislead a section of executives. Has anyone seen them raising any formal objection anywhere against the discrepancies in the Transfer Posting orders?

Can anyone remember, how many formal agenda meetings were held by the MA during its last three-year tenure? Does anyone remember when they last conducted a formal agenda meeting, which, as per the REA, is required to be held every quarter? What prevented them from convening these meetings? The answer is simple. They were reluctant to raise the real issues because doing so would have exposed the complete failure of their leadership before the executives. Consequently, even the mandatory agenda meetings were ignored.

It is time for every executive to recognize the reality. It is time to strengthen and support the only association that consistently raises the genuine issues of BSNL executives and pursues them relentlessly.
