Team AIGETOA met with the Hon’ble Member of Parliament Shri Suresh Kumar Kashyap Ji at BSNL BA Office Shimla to apprise BSNL employees related with the Pay, Promotion, Pension and Profitability of the organization. The Team comprises of CS AIGETOA HP Sh. Chander Singh Negi, CP AIGETOA HP Sh. Birjesh Negi, ACS AIGETOA HP Sh. Mohit Kashyap and Sh. Arjun Chauhan, DS, DP and ADS Shimla BA Sh. Daya Nand Sharma, Sh. Naresh Sharma, Sh. Bhaskar Dutt Sharma, Executive Members Sh. Surender Kumar, Sh. Rajesh Negi, Sh. Devender Verma and Sh. Virender.
CS AIGETOA HP Sh. Chander Singh Negi Submitted Memorandum and apprised to Hon’ble MP regarding non implementation of 3rd PRC, Pay scale issues and pension benefits (SAB) to directly recruited employee approx. 38000.
The Hon’ble MP listened to all issues patiently and assured to raise BSNL officials Pay revision and Pension issue in upcoming parliament session.
(Report by Circle President UPW, Sh Vinod Kumar Yadav) – AIGETOA UP West Circle conducted its Vth Circle Conference on 02.12.2023 (Saturday) at Braspati Bhawan Meerut university Campus Meerut in very well organized and magnificent manner. GM BA Meerut Sh Manish Kumar ji as Chief Guest and Sr GM (HR/Admin) as Guest of Honors. GS AIGETOA Sh Ravi Shil Verma, Chief Patron Sh Aftab Ahmed Khan as Guest of Honor, AGS Sh Sunil Gautam, JS Central Sh RN Mishra, Sh Tejpal CS BTEU, Sh P K Mishra ji, GM(BN)MT, Sh Manish ji GM(CM) and Sh Salim Beg ji GM(EB) as distinguished guest and Sh Bhupender Kaushik DGM (TX) and OSD as special Guested grace the Open session on “Role and need of revived BSNL for Digital India Mission”.
Circle Secretary in his Key note address covered the need of BSNL for transformation of India into developed country by 2047 as well as the issues related to BSNL executive pertaining to UPW. Hope of thousands of BSNL employees and our beloved GS Ravi Shil Verma addressed the house and highlighted the role of BSNL and need of BSNL in present telecom scenario for Digital India Mission as rural connectivity specially to Gram Panchayat is entrust by GOI to BSNL only. Digital India Mission will be successful only and only when every common man has access to High speed Broad Band. He also raised circle issues before Circle Management and requested to resolve these. He also ensured the gathering that AIGETOA CHQ is at correct path and would ensure all the issues at corporate level to be resolved in days to come. Chief patron Sh A A Khan with his electrifying speech once again appealed to the executives to be ready to snatch their rights and strengthen the AIGETOA for better future of BSNL executives. He said that DIM is for right to information for common man and BSNL with its approach and attitude will be able to meet the expectation of our nation. JS (Central) Sh R N Mishra raised that UP has to play a vital role in success of DIM as it is the largest State. But shown concern like timely disposal of OTP by UPE but not in UPW. AGS CHQ Sh Sunil Gautam appeal to house to give their best to meet out the BSNL and GoI expectation so that in turn we can also press on management to resolved our HR Issues. GM HR read out the message by CGMT for his best wishes successful Circle Conference and stating that due to unavoidable circumstance he miss the event which he would have certainly like to be the part to get the feedback from executives and convey his objective to turn UPW to one of the top circle in BSNL. GM HR said that all the issue raised by AIGETOA are logical and they will be certainly taken up by the management. PGM MT Manish Kumar, Chief Guest that without BSNL the DIM cannot be achieved he said the success of motto “Power to empower” the common main by taking all e-commerce and e-governance service to the remote place is only and only can be achieved through BharaNET the mission to connect all GPs with OFC. He appreciated the efforts by AIGETOA and appeal the house they should continue to raise the aspiration of BSNL and its employees as have been doing in past. Together we will achieve everything.
After the Open session, CHQ interact with the house and clarified on the issue of 22820, PRC, Promotions, PRMB, SAB, LICE etc. It was followed by election of new Circle body. The House elected Sh Vinod Kumar Yadav as Circle President, Sh Nagendra Yadav as Circle Secretary and Sh Rahul Kumar Circle Treasurer for next tenure. The house end with slogan of BSNL Zindabad, AIGETOA Zindabad, Executive Unity Zindabad all participating Collegium members and CHQ zindabad.
The Annual General Meeting of AIGETOA ALTTC Circle was successfully conducted on 4th Aug 2023 at Ghaziabad. The Chief Guests of the function CGMT ALTTC Sh Nitin Jain and Guest of Honors All India President Sh Veerabhadra Rao, GS Ravi Shil Verma, Dy GS Sh Pavan Akhand, AGS CHQ Sh Sunil Gautam, PGM North Sh P N Dohare & PGM Sh Akhilesh Gupta attended the event and graced the occasion.
Open session was held in first half & in second half deliberation on various HR issues like Pay loss, Promotion, Pension took place.
An special session was organized for all executives promoted to JTO under various internal recruitment process to discuss about the intrinsic problems associated with such recruitments, circle wise seat distribution, transfer and posting policies along with issues of SRD. Detailed deliberation on issues raised by various trainees on JTO phase_1 training was held.
After series of interactive sessions on employee welfare, the AGM was concluded with a brief achievement’s made by AIGETOA ALTTC presented by CP ALTTC Sh Naresh Singh and vote of thanks was given by CS ALTTC Sh Narenda Pratap Singh Chauhan.
Today, Shri V K Yadav, the CP of SNEA UPW, joined AIGETOA at Aligarh. He was warmly welcomed by Shri N P Yadav, the CP of AIGETOA UPW, Shri Rahul Kumar, the CFS, and Shri Vaibhav Goyal, CHQ Advisor. We are glad to have Shri Yadav in our AIGETOA family and we hope that his experience will be invaluable in resolving the issues of the executives.
Today, CMD BSNL and Director CM in august presence of CGMT Punjab and BA heads inaugurated Beta launch of Indigenous 4G Services from Amritsar, Punjab.
Team AIGETOA was also present on this occasion on invitation from O/o CGMT Punjab. On this great occasion we welcomed and greeted CMD BSNL and Director CM with bouquet of flowers, shawl and a mememto.
Today BSNL has made beta launched of make in India completely Swadeshi 200 BTS sites in Amritsar, Pathankot and Ferozepur districts of Punjab Circle.
We congratulate one and all on the beta launch of 4G.

They have praised the AIGETOA leadership for its Maturity, temperament, and fighting spirit shown by them while dealing with various issue of paramount importance for the welfare of executives in BSNL. They were of the firm view that AIGETOA is the only association which has the capability to get the Standard Pay Scales, Pay Loss Issues and 3rd PRC implemented in BSNL.
They also exposed the hollowness in the leadership of other association who don’t have the will to question management and their approach is to create division in Executives.
GS Ravi Shil Verma expressed his gratitude to the leaders for showing belief in AIGETOA and expressed confidence that the vast experience of these leaders will definitely give greater force to AIGETOA in resolution of long pending HR issues. He expressed surprise, how the other association failed to recognize and utilize this experience. He was also of the view that they are creating division not only in Executives but in their own association where they are disowning the legacy and experience of their own association in the name of version upgrade 2.0. He said that any leadership which doesn’t owns its own legacy will never own the responsibility of resolving the issues, will again try to find the excuses and finally will lead the executive a back to pre 2020 era of despair, dejection and demotivation. He further said AIGETOA is an association which owns not only the credit for success but also the responsibility of failures.
Friends it’s high time to realize the fact that we have miles to go, this is just beginning of new era of development, prosperity of BSNL and its executives. He further elaborated upon the future action plan of AIGETOA with respect to the pending issues, significance of BMS in taking the voice of BSNL Executives to the highest Echelons and requested that the positive change which has begun in BSNL after AIGETOA becoming MA should not be allowed to be drifted away. He requested one and all to Join AIGETOA.
We once again emphasize that by Joining AIGETOA, You will be the part of the change Yourself.
