BSNL Corporate Office has issued an order mandating uniform lanyards/ribbons for Identity Cards of all employees across the organization.
As per the BSNL CO Admin Order dated 25.03.2026, a standard design has been finalized to ensure uniformity in employee identification. All units have been directed to implement the same and ensure that employees wear ID cards only with the approved lanyard design.
While uniformity in identity presentation is a positive step, it is equally important that core HR issues impacting employees are addressed with similar urgency. Employees continue to await resolution of long-pending matters related to promotions, pay, and superannuation benefits.
A balanced approach focusing on both organizational discipline and employee welfare will go a long way in strengthening morale and productivity.
