BSNL Unions and Associations pass strong resolution against Director (HR) seek CMD’s intervention :

The Sanchar Aadhaar problem continues without a solution even after nine days, and the failure to restore the system is causing significant revenue loss for BSNL every single day.

The BSNL Unions & Associations held a meeting today at Eastern Court, New Delhi, where all General Secretaries and representatives of the constituent unions and associations participated. The leaders discussed the situation in detail and expressed deep concern over the prolonged disruption and its growing impact on services, customers and field staff.

After a detailed review, BSNL Unions and Associations unanimously decided to submit a memorandum to the CMD BSNL seeking immediate resolution of the Sanchar Aadhaar issues.

The meeting further resolved that if the top management does not take prompt and effective action, BSNL Unions & Associations will be left with no option but to begin an agitational programme without further delay.

Today’s meeting was attended by leaders from BSNLEU, NFTE BSNL, SNEA, AIGETOA, AIBSNLEA, BTTU and DEWAS. All participating organisations expressed serious concern over the management’s inaction and the continued loss of revenue and goodwill.

AIGETOA Seeks CMD BSNL’s Intervention on Long Pending Promotion Issues:

Despite repeated discussions and clear assurances given by the HR unit in the presence of all recognized associations, no concrete action has been taken. It was mutually agreed that the road map for promotions would be finalized by 31st October 2025 and the promotion process would start by 30th November 2025. However, BSNL has failed to initiate any meaningful step, causing deep frustration among executives.

AIGETOA further reiterated that if management fails to honor its own commitments, the association will be compelled to restart organisational action programs, which were deferred after the meeting of BMS delegation with the Hon’ble MoC on 17th July 2025.
