BSNL CO issued retention order for AGMs/SDEs of QA & Inspection Circle.
BSNL Corporate Office, New Delhi issued orders for retention of the Office Bearers of AIGETOA and others, who were eligible for immunity from the transfer. Some of our Office Bearer of from QA & Inspection Circle and Gujrat Circle were transferred. The association represented the cases of transfer and followed with the management at various levels. Accordingly the retention of the OBs for the recognition period was issued by BSNL CO New Delhi, which includes Shri Rajesh Dabral (Gujarat), Shri Chander Singh Negi, Shri Alok Shrivastava, Shri Ajay Shankar Tiwari (all QA & Inspection). Some leftout cases also under consideration and orders for the are expected shortly.
AIGETOA taken up the matter for modification in policy for exempting the executives from longest stay transfer, if they are in between of the tenure while working in soft tenure stations (declared by BSNL CO). After many round of discussions, management agreed to modify the policy and issued modification order for executives falling in the jurisdiction. This will give much needed relief for the executives working in soft tenure stations.
One more pending modification of transfer under medical ground in 26 years was also issued by the BSNL CO New Delhi.
