BSNL Corporate Office has issued the circle-wise list of Surplus, Deficit and Just-Sufficient strength for executives in Telecom & Account streams, in connection with the opening of the Online Transfer Portal (OTP) window for the year 2026 .

Pers Section, BSNL Co has cancelled all Old OTPs. we have strongly vouched for maintaining the OTP seniority on which it was told that the same can be discussed during implementation phase. Hence it is strongly suggested to all that while applying for fresh OTP, old OTP number must be mentioned in the remarks column. We will ensure that OTP seniority is maintained while executing the orders.

With respect to Hard Tenure pending cases, old requests upto Dec 2025 are being considered and all request beyond Dec 2025 (Premature Hard Tenure transfer requested) are cancelled.

Further, till new Transfer policy is notified, Old Policy stands.
