Submission of Memorandum in support of the demands raised by BDM to Hon’ble Minister for Communications by CHQ, Hon’ble Minister of State for Communications by CHQ, Hon’ble Governors of the State, Hon’ble MPs of the Area, Hon’ble Ministers by respective CSs/DSs.

All Circle Secretaries/District Secretaries upto OA Level, ensure the submission of above memorandum to seek the kind intervention of the, Hon’ble Governors, Hon’ble Members of Parliament (MPs), and other concerned dignitaries for resolving the critical issues affecting BSNL’s revival, execution of projects of national importance, and long-pending HR issues of BSNL Executives and Employees.
Activity Details
✅ STEP-1: Visit and Submission of Memorandum
All CSs, DSs, and members are requested to:
1] Personally visit the Hon’ble MPs of their constituencies and Hon’ble Governors of their states.
2] Submit the memorandum on BDM (Bharatiya Doorsanchar Manch) letterhead highlighting the key issues and appeal for their support.
3] Ensure proper documentation of the visit with photographs during the submission.

After the submission, all concerned office bearers are requested to:
- Upload details of their visit (Date, Name of Hon’ble MPs/Governors etc.) in Google Form.
