Despite multiple assurances from BSNL, including during the HR meeting on 03.10.2024 and the Agenda Meeting on 10.12.2024, the policy remains limited to the corporate office. The delay in Pan-India implementation has created a disparity between corporate office and field unit executives, even though necessary steps like asset entry updates were already initiated.
AIGETOA strongly demands the immediate rollout of this policy for all executives from JTO/JAO level and above, maintaining parity across BSNL. The association requests BSNL to issue the necessary instructions to the Corporate IT unit of BSNL CO, New Delhi, ensuring fair access to IT resources for all executives.
