BSNL CO issued directions for submission of self-certificate for payment of professional upgradation allowance to the executive employees of BSNL on ERP-ESS portal.

BSNL CO sought inputs from Heads of Telecom Circles for review of tenure areas.
Inclusion of new stations in hard/soft tenure areas was being pursued by AIGETOA since long. Finally Management has agreed to AIGETOA’s demand and have sought comments from circles heads for inclusion of new areas in tenure policy.
The issuance of the letter w.r.t to Uttarakhand, Karnataka, Gujarat was delayed because apparently CMD BSNL wanted review on a consolidated basis means considering all India aspects together. Hence the comments from all circle heads have been asked. It means our demands in this regard have been considered and it’s only a matter of time that final policy is issued.

After pursuance by AIGETOA after receiving requests from executives, another window for opting GTI has been opened for 25th February 2023 on request of executives who missed the previous window.
BSNL CO issued reminder to all field units for updation/correction of record in respect to SDE (T) cadre executives in SAP-ERP system for preparation of e-Roaster.
BSNL CO issued instructions to the all field units for correction in employee data in EPFO portal. Refer to the FAQ as in Annexure-A & B.
As informed by AIGETOA CHQ during update of its last interaction at Central Provident Fund Commissioner office, today EPFO issued circular for exercising higher pension options. All Circle office Bearers and District office Bearers must take note of this and ensure that Joint options are submitted immediately without any delay. We are pursuing at BSNL CO to get the order endorsed by BSNL immediately.
CHQ team shall be visiting to the CPFC office, New Delhi for further clarification and details on the process.
BSNL CO issued Intra Circle Rotational Transfer and Posting guidelines to Circles as per Station/Post Tenure prescribed in BSNL Transfer Policy. Separate compliance reports in each grade/stream need to be send to BSNL CO on or before 7th May 2023.
BSNL CO published the inter-circle long stay list for more than 24 years in the grade of SDE (T) & AGM (T) around 422 SDE (T) and 494 AGM (T). Executives need to submit their 3 circles choices for intra circle rotational transfer through OTP window from 01.03.2023 to 07.03.2023. Circles are to forward the requests to Corporate office on or before 25.02.2023.
