AIGETOA expresses its strong resentment over SR Section’s Partisan approach and seeks submission of enquiry report expeditiously on the issues of irregularities raised by AIGETOA during 3rd MV process. AIGETOA also seeks status on agenda meeting, the request for which was submitted much before.

Dear Friends, it’s quite surprising that the concerned association instead of working on the resolution of issues is more interested in non significant issues. Anyways since the issue has been raised, AIGETOA will not sit back and hence has responded in an appropriate manner along with facts and evidences. This was the last thing which we would have indulged in but this unnecessary provocation from the MA has forced us to respond in same manner.

Surprisingly SR cell also acted on the complaint without getting into the details and intent of REA 2014 which itself is called Recognition of Association Rules which recognizes two associations, one as Representative and other as support. The clauses of the REA 2014 are self-explanatory as well as the meaning of the word “Recognized” in English Language. Further the usage of the Article “A” instead of “The” also explains the difference in statuses.

We have requested for a thorough examination of the REA 2014 and clarification on SNEA’s usage of “the only recognized association of BSNL” in their correspondences.

We have also requested official response from SR cell on the following:

1] Action Taken on Grievances Raised by AIGETOA.

2] Non-Grant of Agenda Meeting Despite Prior Submission of the agenda.

3] Enquiry Report on the issues raised on the Irregularities observed during the 3rd MV process and the reasons for unnecessary delay despite categorical directions from Hon’ble CMD BSNL.
