BSNL Corporate Office constituted a committee for review of cluster mechanism. Committee will submit its recommendations within 3 weeks on following points.
- Any change in rate ( both Maintenance and provisioning)
- Any change in penalty / Incentive
- Any change in SLA (only improvement)
- Any addition of work ( along with measurability / estimated rate )
- Any other suggestion.
