The SET case came up for hearing today before the Hon’ble Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh. The Respondents have submitted their reply in the matter. The Hon’ble Tribunal has adjourned the case to 14.09.2026.

It is further clarified that the interim stay order restraining appointments in the SET cadre will remain in force till the next date of hearing.
