Today, Team Bharatiya Doorsanchar Manch took up the matter of Implementation of the Increased IDA wef 01.01.2026 with authorities in BSNL as well as DoT. We once again expressed our deep displeasure over the manner in which the issue has been handled by BSNL Management. The team also met PGM (SR) and PGM (Estt) for a follow up on the issue. It was informed that the reply to the fresh queries sought by DoT has been sent. PGM (Estt) also enquired from DoT about the approval during our presence. It was assured that the approval from DoT is expected by tomorrow. From our persuasion at DoT also, it is understood that the approval may reach BSNL in a day or two.
