BSNL Corporate Office has issued instructions for mandatory training under Mission Karmayogi for the fourth quarter of FY 2025-26.
Key Points:
- Every BSNL employee must complete minimum 8 hours of training on the iGoT Karmayogi portal during Q4 (Jan–Mar 2026).
- JE and above level employees: Minimum 8 hours of training.
- Group C and D employees: At least one training course.
- Only completed courses with certificates will be counted. Incomplete or in-progress courses will not be considered.
- Training compliance has been linked with IPMS, and suitable weightage may be given in the Q4 IPMS scorecard by controlling officers.
- CGM (ALTTC), Ghaziabad is the nodal officer for monitoring progress.

- All Circles and Units have been directed to ensure strict compliance within the stipulated timeline.
