The two-day Annual General Meeting (AGM) of AIGETOA CHQ was held from 19th to 20th December 2025 at Hotel Green View, Agra, with the participation of CHQ office bearers, Central Collegium members from across the country.
Day-1 of AGM on 19th December 2025 at Hotel Green View, Agra UP (West):

The meeting was presided over by All India President Shri G Veerbhadra Rao. All India Convener Shri Aftab Ahamad Khan, General Secretary Shri Ravi Shil Verma, all CHQ leaders, Circle Secretaries, Circle Presidents, Central Collegium Members and District leaders of AIGETOA attended the Annual General Meeting. The session started with flag hoisting followed by lightening the lamp. Before initiating the proceedings, the House paid homage to the late father of Shri Shiv Kumar Pathak ji by observing a two-minute silence and offering prayers for eternal peace.

In his opening address, the All India President paid tributes to all former Apex leaders for their invaluable contribution to the growth of AIGETOA and congratulated the fraternity on the completion of 20 years of AIGETOA. He welcomed all leaders to this AGM and addressed the gathering, emphasizing that this event is a testament to our Unity, Vision, and Unwavering Commitment to our organization’s cause. He also explained the CS report points, pressed key organizational matters, and specifically stressed conducting Executive Committee meetings at District, Circle & CHQ levels every quarter minimum and Annual General Body Meetings yearly once at District, Circle & CHQ levels, with reports submitted in standard format by DS, CS & GS. He expressed happiness about the addition of new members through the untiring efforts of District, Circle & CHQ leaders and advised improving membership further in future. He strictly instructed all to follow the AIGETOA constitution as well as resolutions at District, Circle & CHQ levels. The AIP explained why this Annual General Body Meeting is required, stating that it strengthens our bond and resolve as AIGETOA members, provides a platform for sharing ideas, addressing concerns, and charting our path forward, offers motivation, and reaffirms our commitment to fighting for BSNL executives’ rights and welfare. He highlighted taking Resolutions for the betterment of AIGETOA & Executives’ Pay, Pay loss, PRC, Pension, Promotion, Perks & Allowances, postings, and improvement of BSNL profitability.
After confirming quorum by the All India President, the House approved inclusion of additional agenda items with the permission of the Chair.
Thereafter, the session started as per schedule. GS Shri Ravi Shil Verma presented the annual working report of the association for the financial year 2024-25 in the House. The House unanimously approved & adopted the annual working report of the association for 2024-25.
Then, the Audited Financial Accounts for FY 2024-25 were presented by Finance Secretary Shri Yogendra Jharwal, followed by elaborate discussions. Central Collegium leaders raised questions and FS provided clarifications for every point. The House unanimously adopted the Audited Report for FY 2024-25 for submission to the Registrar of Societies and other necessary actions.
The senior leaders from Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS), addressed the gathering and extended warm greetings to AIGETOA CHQ AGM. He congratulated AIGETOA on completing 20 glorious years of service to BSNL executives. Appreciated AIGETOA’s consistent struggle for HR issues and organizational growth, Emphasized the importance of unity among all BSNL unions and associations for the revival of BSNL, Highlighted that workers and executives are the backbone of BSNL’s success, Called for collective efforts to improve BSNL’s profitability and service quality, Expressed commitment to work together against any anti-employee policies. Finally he assured BMS’s full support to AIGETOA in all organizational actions for employees’ welfare.
Sh Shayam Singh Ji, PGM BSNL Agra, addressed the AIGETOA CHQ AGM and extended warm welcome to all delegates. He appreciated AIGETOA’s active participation in BSNL’s growth initiatives at Agra SSA. He also Congratulated AIGETOA on completing 20 years of dedicated service to BSNL executives. PGM Agra BA extended support to the demand of 3rd PRC and other HR issues. He also elaborated on how Agra BA achieved the prestigious energy conservation award and extended thanks to BSNL Agra team for the milestone achievement. He Acknowledged executives’ contributions to Agra SSA’s consistent performance in revenue and customer satisfaction. PGM Agra BA was categorical in his emphasis on the resolution of long pending HR issues to keep the executives motivated to perform better.
In the second half of Day-1, GS Shri Ravishil Verma, in his keynote address, first extended thanks to all previous Apex leaders for their contribution towards AIGETOA’s growth and congratulated everyone on completing 20 years of AIGETOA’s journey. In his address, he raised demands for complete extension of Superannuation Benefits (SAB) to all BSNL Recruited Employees, Standard Pay Scale of E2 for JAO/JTO & E3 for AO/SDE, pay loss issue of JTO/JAO, promotions for all eligible cadres, 3rd PRC, Group Health Insurance Policy by BSNL for all employees, revision of Transport Allowances, TA/DA, etc. He emphasized that Human Resources are the nerve centres and architects of growth for any commercial enterprise. He stated that non-resolution of critical and long-pending basic HR issues is adversely impacting morale and distracting executives’ focus significantly. Management needs to demonstrate serious commitment to resolve these issues in totality within specified timelines. He reaffirmed AIGETOA’s commitment to ensure resolution of long-pending HR issues and stated that if matters are not resolved through discussion and persuasion, AIGETOA will not hesitate to restart the organizational action programs. He outlined the Association’s role to closely monitor all organizational activities and oppose actions contrary to BSNL and its employees’ interests tooth and nail.
After GS Shri Ravishil Verma’s keynote address, the House was opened for an interaction session with the GS. Various agenda points were discussed at length, with extensive deliberations on AIGETOA organizational issues, pension-related matters, PRC-related issues, Standard Pay Scale & Pay Loss issues, and promotions for all eligible executives.

Day-2 of AGM – 20th December 2025 at Hotel Green View, Agra UP (West):
On the second day of the AGM, in the morning session, the House continued with the interaction session with the GS. Various agenda points were discussed at length, with elaborate discussions by Central Collegium leaders who interacted with the GS through questions, and the GS provided clarifications for every point raised. In the second half of Day-2, the noted agenda points were included in Resolutions. Updates (addition/deletion) of Collegium Members of the association were approved, and the House unanimously adopted the updated collegium and membership list. This session comprised extensive discussions on various organizational aspects of AIGETOA and further course of action to increase membership in BSNL. Various deliberations on BSNL service-related matters were also held.
In his closing remarks, GS Shri Ravi Shil Verma expressed profound gratitude to all participants for the successful conduct of the AIGETOA CHQ AGM at Agra, thanking All India President Shri G Veerbhadra Rao for his leadership, and appreciating Central Collegium members, Circle & District leaders for their active participation and valuable inputs. He reiterated AIGETOA’s firm commitment to pursue all resolutions with renewed vigor, emphasized that the AGM has strengthened organizational unity and provided clear direction for future actions including quarterly EC meetings and Annual GBMs, assured relentless CHQ efforts for resolution of all HR issues like Standard Pay Scales, Pay Loss, Promotions, PRC, and SAB, motivated everyone to work with renewed energy for BSNL’s revival and executives’ welfare, and declared that AIGETOA stands rock solid with all members in their just cause.
