On October 6, 2023, the AIGETOA office in Jaipur hosted a warm and inspiring gathering as they welcomed and honored Sh. Ravindra Himte, the All India General Secretary of the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, during his visit to Rajasthan. In attendance were prominent figures such as Sh. Hari Mohan Sharma, the Rajasthan State General Secretary, Smt. Rekha Sharma, the Rajasthan State Vice President, Pramod Chaudhary, Jaipur District Vice President, along with dedicated AIGETOA-affiliated BMS CEC members, divisional representatives, and Jaipur BA office personnel.

Sh. Himte attentively listened to everyone’s input and offered valuable guidance. The event commenced with a warm welcome by District Secretary Sh. LN Saini, followed by expressions of gratitude from Circle Secretary , Sh PN Sharma. Sh Sharma stressed the urgency of addressing critical BSNL issues promptly and working collaboratively with BMS for the betterment of the nation. Circle Treasurer Sh. Praveen Sharma extended heartfelt thanks to Sh. Himte and reiterated his confidence in the organization’s success, emphasizing the importance of their partnership with BMS in their ongoing struggle.

As we commemorate the auspicious occasion of GandhiJayanti, it’s imperative that we reflect upon the profound teachings of Mahatma Gandhi and endeavor to incorporate them into the fabric of our daily existence. This day serves as a poignant reminder of the values he stood for and the transformative power of non-violence, truth, and simplicity.

On Lal Bahadur Shastri Jayanti 2023, we remember the birth anniversary of Lal Bahadur Shastri, the second Prime Minister of India. He was born on October 2, 1904, in Mughalsarai, Uttar Pradesh 1. Shastri Ji was a symbol of simplicity, integrity, and patriotism. He is remembered for his tireless dedication to the nation and his iconic slogan, “Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan,” which epitomizes his commitment to the welfare of both soldiers and farmers 2.

Shastri Ji’s leadership during the challenging times of the 1965 Indo-Pak war remains exemplary. His legacy continues to inspire generations to uphold the values of truth, sacrifice, and patriotism, making his Jayanti a day of reflection and homage to a true national hero 3.

On this day, let’s pledge to follow the path of truth and non-violence as Shastri Ji did. Let’s strive to be better citizens and contribute to the progress of our country. May the values and principles of Shastri Ji inspire us to work towards a better and more just society 2.

In continuation to AIGETOA inclusive approach with support and cooperation from all likeminded groups who want a strong and united voice for resolution of the long pending HR issues, another major welfare association “JAI BHIM SEWA” have also extended support to AIGETOA and have appealed to the SC/ST fraternity to vote for AIGETOA. They have expressed belief and confidence in the steps taken by AIGETOA to safe guard the constitutional provisions extended for the SC/ST community.

JAI BHIM SEWA is a major platform which have sizeable presence across various circles of BSNL and they have been also working for the welfare of SC/ST employees of BSNL. Their support to AIGETOA is basically an endorsement to the approach of AIGETOA contrary to the smearing campaign being spread by another group.

As You all are aware that AIGETOA has reached to all associations like AIBSNLEA, SEWA, AITEEA, ABLE, AIBSNLOA, BBOA, BEA including the welfare associations like JAI BHIM SEWA, BSNLOBCEWA, AIBSNLOBCEWA and DEWAB. We have tried to reach to all rank and file of BSNL so as to have an inclusive approach with support and cooperation from all likeminded groups who want a strong and united voice for resolution of the long pending HR issues. We take pleasure in informing all that we have received a positive gesture from all except few. Three Major Groups have extended support to AIGETOA showing confidence in the endeavours of AIGETOA which has been taken for welfare of the Executive Fraternity.

Both the OBC associations of BSNL i.e. AIBSNLOBCEWA and BSNLOBCEWA have extended support to AIGETOA and have appealed to their fraternity to Vote for AIGETOA. The CHQ Team of Both the associations were welcomed by GS AIGETOA and CHQ Team of AIGETOA. We vowed to move together with firmness and unity to further the interests of the executives at large and also for extending support and cooperation in resolving and protecting the constitutional rights extended by Government of India to the OBC Executives.
