District Conference of Satara SSA (Maharashtra) held on 22.07.2020 through online mode- Start of New Era:

In a historical district conference held at Satara SSA, Maharashtra Circle, the District body of AIGETOA Satara formed on 22.07.2020 unanimously. The All India President Shri Ravi Shil Verma and General Secretary Shri Wasi Ahmad also attended the meeting and address the premium gathering along with Circle President Shri Kamlesh Deo and Circle Secretary Shri Ashish Jain of Maharashtra Circle. We feel proud to mention that all executives of all cadre right from DGM, AGM, PA to GM, all finance executives, SDE Electrical, LICE JTOs, Recruited JTOs have joined AIGETOA Satara. All executives have shown faith in AIGETOA and joined esteemed association. We congratulate everybody and welcome them whole heartedly in the AIGETOA Family.

We congratulate the newly formed body of the Satara SSA and assure them all supports. We are proud of our ACS Shri Reyaz Patwekar ji who worked hard and help in building of confidence of all executives of Satara SSA in AIGETOA. Let’s bring a change in the representative of last twenty years and give AIGETOA a chance for betterment of all executives and bsnl both.

GS AIGETOA lodged strong protest about late addition of BSNLOA name in the eligible list of association on 17.07.2020 and bringing it in public domain on
20.07.2020.

GS AIGETOA writes to management with regard to Excessive delay in the process of JTO to SDE Promotion through DPC as agreed in the meeting dated 24.02.2020 and 22.05.2020. GS has submitted its strong objection on the unnecessary delay by moving the file from one section to other under influence of some corners. If activities with respect to one of the most important issues of first promotion of executives continue to remain like this, AIGETOA shall be constrained to initiate organisational activities to seek justice to the fraternity as for us nothing is more important than the resolution of issues of our executives and adamancy/inertia of officers of the system has now gone beyond tolerance level.

GS AIGETOA writes to BSNL Management for holding the MV process as per the notified schedule. There should not be any postponement of the MV process as presence of a representative association is a must to for protecting the rights of the executives during this critical period when lot of changes are envisaged in the organisation owing to the post VRS era of BSNL 2.0.

GS writes to Sr. GM (SR) CO New Delhi for ensuring fairness in entry of subscription forms as report of malpractice and pressure used by controlling officers to withdraw/fill duplicate forms of sister association has been reported by various Circles – Immediate intervention solicited and direction for enquiry in case of any malpractices, backdating acceptance by DDO is requested.
