Pay:
Fighting for the Pay related issues which includes E2 as the 2nd PRC replacement scales of JTO/JAO/Equivalent cadre, resolution of various pay loss issues like 22820 as initial basic for those recruited in pre revised E1A scales, JE period pay loss resolution and E1+5 increments as an interim measure and also implementation of 3rd PRC with pay scales that reflect your contributions and eliminate longstanding anomalies.
Pension Benefits:
Working tirelessly to enhance pension schemes, including EPF, 30 percent SAB, and government old pension, ensuring financial security for your peaceful retirement.
Timely Promotions:
Advocating for transparent and fair promotional policies that unlock growth opportunities for all members and ensure promotions of all eligible on immediate basis.
Pay Loss Issue:
Persistently addressing the pay loss faced by many of our members due to the unjustified lowering of pay scales, ensuring justice and equitable compensation for all affected.
While we have made remarkable progress in these areas, we acknowledge that certain challenges remain. These long-pending issues are a reminder of our commitment to do even more, and we promise to continue pushing forward until every issue is resolved.
