The past year has been a testament to our collective strength and resilience, as we overcame challenges and achieved significant milestones. Notably, we resolved the one and half decade-long SDE(T) reversal issue, bringing justice to our affected executives and ensuring their well-deserved promotions to the AGM(T) cadre . These achievements reflect our unwavering commitment to fairness, transparency, and the welfare of our members. Alongside this, we have made significant strides in addressing pay scale discrepancies, Pay Loss Issues, human resources concerns, and career progression frameworks with focus on getting all pending promotions issued and creating new opportunities for future, reaffirming our dedication to creating a more equitable and prosperous environment for all.
