Dear CS/CP/CHQ and all members,

It is high time to maintain the unity with matured behavior. Management is closely watching our every activity and fully committed to finish AIGETOA which seems big hurdle on the way of corrupt management. Due to immature behavior, activities and comments in insecure zone by some members, management has clearly understood that members of AIGETOA are totally result oriented and too much feared about actions. They are strongly associated if they are getting some results from association without any risk but they can not be consistent for struggle by sacrificing their personal holdings. AIGETOA request every member to be in clear understanding that leaders can only do their best but can not snatch the results from evil management without your consistent support for the every fight after fight. It is not possible to convey each and every member the reasons of the activities decided by CHQ. Members should be blind supporter of the leaders may it be wrong or right in views of some members, than only we can create fear in mind of management and achieve some results. AIGETOA CHQ has decided to perform some activities for early resolution of the issues. It may or not yield the appropriate results but we should not give up struggle and moreover we don’t have any other way right now so members are requested to follow the same without if's and but's.



Regarding 2005 batch pay anomalies:

All 2005 batch irrespective they got the fitment or not are once again requested to submit the detail at the earliest by 25th Oct if not so far. Click for online submission

All 2005 batch who have not got the fitment benefit specially from nearby are requested to come at corporate office on 28th Oct 2009 for collective persuasion to resolve this particular issue. Be practical and don’t think that all other members who are not affected should also participate. Earlier also AIGETOA has called only members who were seeking transfer and they had come without any question. Some had got transferred and some are still waiting but they never questioned AIGETOA considering the fact that AIGETOA is nothing but it is an association of associated members.

 

Regarding MT recruitment and career progression:

AIGETOA has single stand of no external recruitment above than GEJTO/DRJAO. We are not against any fast track internal promotion subjected to time bound functional promotion for performing executives to maintain the parity.

AIGETOA is also perusing same through ministry but for proper projection AIGETOA is in urgent need of the documentary views of maximum executives. For this AIGETOA has already started the signature campaigning. All are requested to please collect maximum signature from executives and send it to at the earliest. AIGETOA is trying it’s best through legal channel to stop the MT recruitment but in any circumstances if MT recruitment is going to happen all members are requested to get ready for mass sick leave in the name of study from the day of exam date notification. It will not only reflect our unity but also put tremendous pressure on the management to implement parallel time bound functional promotion. This proposed activity of the association must be widely publicized to every member by taking meeting at district level and giving their feedback to CHQ through Circle Secretary.

Recently management has also moved towards conducting of LDCE for TES Group-B. while AIGETOA is fully committed to fight in every possible manner for implementation of time bound functional promotion up DGM without any examination but all members are advised to start no co-operation in the offices, leave the work aside and only concentrate on study from today itself to prove your talent by occupying all the vacancies if this exam will happen.

 

Regarding EPF anomalies:

Regarding refund of salary deduction for the period of strike:

We should not be worried about any salary cut or some other vindictive actions of management. We should always be ready to sacrifice some thing in present for better things in future.

Refund of salary deduction is possible but AIGETOA will take up this issue in due course of time.
