First Time  bound Upgradation in 4 years for Every Executive

 

Time bond upgradation is nothing but is the part of corporate culture to motivate its every employee and it should strictly be related with time rather to some extra condition. But in BSNL, it has been implemented with some unwanted condition just to target direct recruits of BSNL. Definition of time bound promotion given by BSNL “to motivate executives in BSNL to achieve excellence in performance and higher productivity, resulting into improved quality of service, customer satisfaction and greater revenues for the company”. Only we are the people in BSNL who will get first time bond promotion in six years and all other, even less qualified and non deserving employees are getting time bound promotion in four years. It is not understandable why BSNL management has made this practice to target most qualified and talented employees in every era. Can any body tell such discrimination with qualified employees would motivate or demotivate the actual talents? Whether such discrimination fulfills the basic definition of time bound promotion?   We may the responsible for all such policies as we have always given our best for the department ignoring our career and all others for their personal benefits.

 

Now the time has come to concentrate on our personal benefits along with the department else the day is not far when we have to cry for our monthly salary. It seems like fun but it is dame truth as it can be seen in case of EPF and stipend arrear.
