HR Issue of
DR Executives:-

E-2 pay scale to
GE-JTO/DRJAO right from the beginning and no intermediate pay scale at any
level.

functional promotion to all executives based on qualification, performance
and experience at par with PSUs. If it is not acceptable to other association
of executives absorbed from DOT it should be applicable for executives
recruited by BSNL (PSU) only.
