Pay anomalies of Batch 2005:
All GE-JTOs recruited in 2005 batch should get 30% fitment benefit without any discrimination. The matter is already under consideration even honorable CMD assured us to look forth the issue with positive and sympathetic approach. AIGETOA have been asked to wait for some more time, so that complete data from all the circle can be called and analyzed. In the executive meeting, it has been decided to wait for some more time before taking any extreme step to represent the issue.
Career Progression of Executives/MT issue:
E-2 cadre for Direct Recruit Executives.
Time Bound Functional Promotion up to E-4 without counting the vacancies as represented by AIGETOA.
Time Bound Financial Upgradation and vacancy based functional promotion after E-4 with qualification bar of minimum professional qualification.
Six additional increments to direct recruit qualified executives to compensate their qualification.
Additional increments to non pensioner Executives/Non-Executives to maintain equal "Cost to the Company" for pensioners and non-pensioners.
No direct recruitment above than GE-JTO/DRJAO at any cost. Moreover, the existing experienced executives having professional qualification (absorbed qualified executives working as SDE/Sr. SDE) can be immediately promoted to STS/JAG to fill up the existing vacancies.
General Secretary and his team are completely empowered to take decision on irregular recruitment of some experienced executives in some specific areas without affecting the career growth of existing executives. Decision is subjected to the limits set by the executive committee.
ITS Absorption Issue:
No unabsorbed ITS officers should hold the "policy making post" at corporate office as well as circle heads at circle offices.
No unabsorbed ITS will be allowed to enjoy "dual benefit" i.e. pay scale of central government and allowances of PSU.
At Par Privilege to AIGETOA:
AIGETOA is the only association who represent the direct recruit executives of BSNL. Many issues related to the direct recruit executives are entirely different and have no relevance with absorbed executives. AIGETOA must be given privileges at par with other associations.
All the CS/CP/CWC and CHQ unanimously decided to go up to any extent, if above mentioned issues are not addressed with time bound manner.
Some more Resolution Passed in Circle & CHQ Executive Meet at New Delhi on 29th & 30th May 2009 to strengthen the association.
1. AIC & Financial Contribution:
In order to conduct the AIC in the month of August (tentative date), Pre-AIC will be conducted in the month of July second week at the location decided by the CHQ (Preferably Nagpur) to decide the rules/regulation for election of office bearer.
We have already approached to hon'ble Minister of Telecom Thiru A. Raja and received assurance to embellish with his presence in our AIC from his valuable time. We are also in approach to hon'ble Minister of State Shri Sachin Pilot and Secretary of youth Congress hon'ble Shri Rahul Gandhi to be a part of our AIC.
Resolution was passed to collect Rs 5000/- per member as a onetime measure to meet out the expenditure of Mega AIC, Legal Fund and other important issues decided by the CHQ, AIGETOA. But after getting several feedbacks and to avoid hardship of the members it has been decided to collect previous dues and Rs 2000/- additional which will be adjusted in future subscription. The respective CS/CP will submit all the dues and collected amount on pre-AIC to be held in the month of July second week. Within 15 days all CS need to furnish complete details of total membership/paid membership.
2. The CHQ AIGETOA will bear all the expenses of members called by the GS/President, AIGETOA for the participation in the various committees.
3. All the individual grievances will be decided and forwarded to CHQ by the requisite CS/CP. Only cases forwarded by Circle Secretaries will be entertained by the CHQ, AIGETOA.
4. Provision for "Online Complaint" will be provided in the Member’s Login Area on CHQ website to address the individual complaints at different levels. No direct phone calls to GS/President AIGETOA except CS/CP/CWC/CHQ members. Complaints can be registered only after sufficient persuasions with local representative.
5. Guidelines for action against the harassment of AIGETOA Officer Bearers.
First 7 days the individual member will pursue.
After 7 days, the CEC of Circle will pursue.
After 21 days, CHQ will intervene if case is not resolved.
6. Asst. Finance Secretary (CHQ) Shri Yogendra Kumar Jharwal is unanimously elected as the Finance Secretary, CHQ AIGETOA in replacement of Shri Naresh Gupta since his continues absence in the CHQ meetings due to his personal health problems.
7. Shri Surinder Kumar (DR-JAO) is elected unopposed as AGS (Corporate Office) in replacement of Shri Akhilesh Kumar Choudhary who have resigned from the post due to his personal problem. Shri Surinder Kumar will also represent the grievances from account side in better way.
8. Hard Tenure Station: The CHQ AIGETOA will peruse all the cases of DR executives to revert to their parent circle from their hard tenure.
