AIGETOA 45 days Program : To be achieved via "Operation Sacrifice- Death Before Dishonour"
Serving notice to the BSNL on 22nd June 2009 citing said demands.
First 15 days: Internal preparation like "Member Awareness" through extensive field visits, "Fund Collection", "Legal Consultation", "Ticket Booking" to reach corporate office, New Delhi etc.
Next 15 Days: General Public Awareness about the movement of AIGETOA, "Anti business activities and Corruption by unabsorbed ITS officers", Wrong Policies of BSNL Management etc. by "distributing pamphlets through News Papers and manual distribution in the cities in regional languages" before and after office time, arranging "Countrywide Press Conferences" etc.
Next 15 Days: Local agitational activities like Wearing black badges, No Co-operation, Demonstrations, No reporting to unqualified officers etc.
Finally Mass Protest at Corporate Office, New Delhi till the resolution of issues in totality or till the death of every protester. This will be our final sacrifice for the respect and honour of Engineers and to ensure long survival of our beloved organization.

What is Operation Sacrifice: Death Before Dishonour ?
As we all are well aware that the survival of our beloved organization is at stake. This is not due to the lack of Infrastructure or Man Power. It is only due to the corruption and wrong policies of ITS dominated BSNL Management and poor Man/Material Management and No will-Power of BSNL board. There exits no group of Executives except AIGETOA who think for the long survival whereas others having their services hardly last for 5-10 years and their future is well secured with the government pension. This company is like our mother who is crying/appealing all of us to come out with sacrificial deeds to ensure it’s long survival. Being the real son of this mother, we can not simply ignore the appeal as it is our bread and butter. We are ready to sacrifice and give up our lives, if need arises to save our beloved organization.
More ever, we have acquired the Qualification of Engineering by putting our Sweat and blood and hard earned money of our parents. We have been appointed in this company not on the mercy of the BSNL Management but only due to our pure competence & talent. BSNL has recruited us as an Engineer and punched a tag of JE (Junior Engineer) and made us to work under Matriculates. Non Engineers are being called by Divisional Engineer with more pay package and promotional avenues while qualified Engineers are being called by JE (Junior Engineer) since last eight years in BSNL. This is not only the dishonour of the Engineering Degree but it also made our parents to feel shame on us. Do we accept this ? That is why we prefer "Death before such Dishonour".
