1. No unabsorbed ITS officers on the post of Circle Heads and key post at Corporate Office and Recovery from unabsorbed officers enjoying dual benefits.
2. 30% fitment to all 2005 batch GE-JTOs.
3. At par privileges to AIGETOA at every level.
4. Fulfillment of our Charter of Demands submitted during last Dharna in totality.

Details of our Charter of demands submitted during our last Dharna :-

HR Issue of DR Executives:-

• E-2 pay scale to GE-JTO/DRJAO right from the beginning and no intermediate pay scale at any level.
• No recruitment above than GE-JTO/DRJAO at any cost.
• Time bound functional promotion to all executives based on qualification, performance and experience at par with PSUs. If it is not acceptable to other association of executives absorbed from DOT it should be applicable for executives recruited by BSNL (PSU) only.
• Compensation of pension contribution to direct recruit executives to maintain the equal package.
• Six additional increments to direct recruited executives to compensate their qualification.
• Promotion to the STS and above to the only executives having professional qualification of minimum engineering or equivalent.

EPF Issue of DR Executives:-

• System to maintain proper record and accountability and to handle the transfer cases promptly.
• Refund of retrospective recovery.
• Contribution should be paid by the BSNL for any retrospective recovery.
• Contribution for the training period and on the food allowance as per the norms of BSNL.
• Exercising the option from every individual with retrospective date for the pension contribution.

Transfer Anomalies:-

• Issuing of transfer order for Rule-8 in JTO cadre who have completed five years of service.
• Transfer of SDE to the place of their choice who have already worked for more than five years inter circle in the executive cadre.
• Transfer of all JTOs/SDEs under working spouse ground.
• Reformation of transfer policy at par with banking sector to maintain the transparency.
• Enquiry of transfer anomalies and action against the culprits for creating number of anomalies for their vested interest which in turns imposed crores of rupees burden on the company and inconvenience to the executives.

AIGETOA 45 days Program : To be achieved via "Operation Sacrifice- Death Before Dishonour"

• Serving notice to the BSNL on 22nd June 2009 citing said demands.

• First 15 days: Internal preparation like "Member Awareness" through extensive field visits, "Fund Collection", "Legal Consultation", "Ticket Booking" to reach corporate office, New Delhi etc.

• Next 15 Days: General Public Awareness about the movement of AIGETOA, "Anti business activities and Corruption by unabsorbed ITS officers", Wrong Policies of BSNL Management etc. by "distributing pamphlets through News Papers and manual distribution in the cities in regional languages" before and after office time, arranging "Countrywide Press Conferences" etc.

• Next 15 Days: Local agitational activities like Wearing black badges, No Co-operation, Demonstrations, No reporting to  unqualified officers etc.

• Finally Mass Protest at Corporate Office, New Delhi till the resolution of issues in totality or till the death of every protester. This will be our final sacrifice for the respect and honour of Engineers and to ensure long survival of our beloved organization.

What is Operation Sacrifice: Death Before Dishonour ?

As we all are well aware that the survival of our beloved organization is at stake. This is not due to the lack of Infrastructure or Man Power. It is only due to the corruption and wrong policies of ITS dominated BSNL Management and poor Man/Material Management and No will-Power of BSNL board. There exits no group of Executives except AIGETOA who think for the long survival whereas others having their services hardly last for 5-10 years and their future is well secured with the government pension. This company is like our mother who is crying/appealing all of us to come out with sacrificial deeds to ensure it’s long survival. Being the real son of this mother, we can not simply ignore the appeal as it is our bread and butter. We are ready to sacrifice and give up our lives, if need arises to save our beloved organization.

More ever, we have acquired the Qualification of Engineering by putting our Sweat and blood and hard earned money of our parents. We have been appointed in this company not on the mercy of the BSNL Management but only due to our pure competence & talent. BSNL has recruited us as an Engineer and punched a tag of JE (Junior Engineer) and made us to work under Matriculates. Non Engineers are being called by Divisional Engineer with more pay package and promotional avenues while qualified Engineers are being called by JE (Junior Engineer) since last eight years in BSNL. This is not only the dishonour of the Engineering Degree but it also made our parents to feel shame on us. Do we accept this ?  That is why we prefer "Death before such Dishonour".
