Dear all Direct Recruits Executives of BSNL,
Friends, as you know that we Direct Recruits of BSNL have been playing vital role for this company since our recruitment. Survival of this company is totally dependent on us. Despite of this fact, we are deprived from various genuine rights. why? Our existence in this company is not being recognized. why?
Is it the guest ITS officers who are reigning this organisation without belongingness and dominating the board of directors for their vested interest?
Is it the divide and rule policy of guest ruler in BSNL like British ruler in India?
Is it the biased attitude and unaccountable working of BSNL Management?
It is wretched self command of BSNL Board?
Definitely all these things prevail in this department and no one is thinking beyond these boundary lines. I feel we are the only responsible for all these. When a commoner can understand the divide and rule policy of British ruler and made them to leave India then why not we? We all are qualified professional Engineers and Account Officers then why don’t we want to understand their policies and not fighting unitedly for our own respect.
Undoubtedly, we have been divided from existing association by these guest officers only for their vested interest but at that time we had several issues with these associations also. Our strength was misused by these existing associations. But AIGETOA is association of community of Direct Recruits having common issues and is only concern for the growth of organization because our bread and butter is totally dependent for atleast next 30 years. AIGETOA has created immense pressure on these British typecast ruler and BSNL Board to work fairly and respect the qualification and performance for the growth of company. At this juncture, it is really disappointing that some peoples of our own community are still being trapped by these British typecast rulers despite of knowing every things, working against their own respect. These British typecast rulers unifying hands with other associations, are trying their level best to divide us in small groups so that they can rule over qualified professionals.
We all are qualified and well known that personal issues should not overshadow our common objectives. Every one knows that AIGETOA is working for common objective without any prejudice. With unity and commitment we will be able to achieve every thing which we deserve.
I, appeal all the Direct Recruits to
empathize the situation and leave your personal issues if any, at this
point of juncture as it is high time to show our unity and strength. AIGETOA
is conducting all india meet of its CS/CP and CHQ on 29th &30th May 2009 at New Delhi
after proposed meeting with CMD, BSNL Shri Kuldeep Goyal on 28th May 2009 to
decide the future action. Direct Recruits Executives who are still with some
other associations due to any reason and having some issues with AIGETOA can
give their valuable suggestion by active participation on the said meeting
or by sending mail on mail id
