All the members are requested to have faith on our Unity & Strength and CHQ AIGETOA and do not give undertaking in any form. ITS are trying to cave in the AIGETOA with the help of some associations and in the form of undertaking they want to show that no one is with AIGETOA.

Reply by each & every member must be submitted strictly in the format uploaded on website irrespective of the leave applied. Those who have already submitted the reply in any other format should also give the same as a supplementary and detail reply. Do not think about legalities just think about our unity which should be reflect at every level.

Friends, do not affright about any vindictive action of ITS dominated management, just remember that GS and President are also amongst you and fighting boldly for the genuine cause only on behalf of your support. Remember, we are not the unique association in the history of India who has gone for the strike but action of this management is biased and unique. Take the motivation from the recent ongoing strike by the pilots of JET AIRWAYS; a private company in the solidarity of two Pilots who were terminated by the management. Let the management go upto any extent, why should we affright when we are right and ready to give up our last breath. Do not accept, Do not compromise any vindictive action. Our local leadership is well knowing how to handle the vindictive action these corrupt ITS, AIGETOA CHQ is always with them.
 

It is learnt that unabsorbed ITS officers are trying to divert us from the ITS issue and they have taken several meetings after our agitation in different part of the country. They have passed resolution to target us in the field and they are imposing the decision of ITSA on BSNL management as they have exhausted their every effort in last 3-4 years to keep their deputation and personal gains on the cost of our sweat and blood due to great sacrifice of our members. In this way, every decision on behalf of the BSNL is being taken in the general or special body meeting of ITSA and our CMD is totally helpless in front of his own group. We have tried our best to create the amicable atmosphere not by fearing to the chunk ITS but just to see the response of BSNL management towards our issues after recognizing the dissatisfaction of executives.

We also know that some corrupt unabsorbed ITS officers are only responsible for our pathetic situation in BSNL. We have been targeted by these officers not from today but much before when we were very innocent. We have tried to convince these officers at every level but all in vain. We do not have to much loose in this company, so now offence is the best defense.

Unity is our strength, boldness is our power, knowledge is our motivation and honesty is our path to reach to the goal, so
