Preparation for Final battle for the Career Progression and dignity of Engineers and Account Professionals

Dear all activists,

Let’s take the final step for respect of engineers and account professionals and to save our beloved organization in this tough competition race by making it complete PSU, free from government setup and guest policy makers and to ensure long survival of BSNL by uprooting corruption, “BE READY FOR A TELECOM REVOLUTION”.

We have already passed resolution at Bhopal CEC on 15th March and granted sufficient time (45 days) to BSNL management for implementation of complete PSU structure and at par career progression by synchronizing career avenues with performance and qualification. Before expiry of the date, all CS/CP and CHQ must ensure complete readiness on the base level to combat any unforeseen situation.

Following activities are to be performed within time bound manner:

All circles should open the bank account (preferably in SBI), in the name of association in their respective circles by the 7th April 2009. For opening bank account you may take help and required document from Asst. Finance Secretary Shri Yogendra Jharwal (094248-47777) & Web Secretary Shri Pavan Akhand (094247-26666).

After opening the bank account all the CS/CP and circle committee must ensure their personal visit in every SSA of their circle to make aware every member for our ongoing fight in the line of CHQ visit in every circle. Get triplicate (for SSA/Circle/CHQ) hard copy of association membership from every individual and tell them to register online. At the same time distribute the mandate form to every member for electronic transfer of subscription directly from their bank account to circle account. District Secretaries must take the responsibility to ensure 100% electronic fund transfer to circle account from every members of their SSAs. After receiving the monthly subscription all circles should transfer the CHQ quota (40% per month) upward and SSA quota (30% per month) downward regularly in every month w.e.f. from April 2009. Old dues if any will be conveyed by CHQ after finalization of balance sheet for the year 2008-2009. All these works should be performed before 30th April 2009.

Note: Fund collection is direct from individual to circle account keeping in view the complexity of opening bank account in every SSA.

Many members have not paid mandatory contribution of Rs. 500/- for CHQ. Circle committee during its visit to SSA should ensure the payment of said contribution and motivate members for the voluntary contribution to CHQ to generate the contingency fund.

All these activities should be done on war scale to ensure 100% participation in our ongoing fight. We are very much fair about the long survival of BSNL, this is the reason many absorbed executives are also supporting our movement. We will definitely win the race with our just intention to safeguard the respect and dignity of qualified executives, to make the BSNL independent PSU and free from irrelevant government setup.
