"The explication of CMD’s unprofessional portrayal, for 14th HOCC Meeting"
(Read the way of calling feed back by BSNL CMD “CMD then added that the JTOs which we are recruiting, they are not up-to the mark”. Is it feedback called or falderal view of CMD?)
Clarification: Feedback came in the form of some pluses and some minuses, in general.
Here
is the some of "so called"
general feedback given in
second day of 14th HOCC :
1. the JTOs which we are recruiting, they are “not up to the mark”--------by
CMD, BSNL.
2. if we recruit through “OMR” we will have “this type of standard only”.----by
Sr. DDG (IR).
3. “it is because we are not conducting any interview"---------------
by Sr. DDG (IR).
4. “their English is poor” but in Maths., they are good----------------by
CGM (DNW), who requires only DRGEJTO's for DataNetworks.
5. “the cream of good candidates who are coming out of college, have
already been absorbed elsewhere” -----------by
CGM (AP).
6. “all those who could not get employment any where”, they are
eligible to apply in JTOs exam ----by
CMD, BSNL.
by going through
the above quotes you can decide whether this is general feedback or adverse
remarks ? and what is pluses and minuses?
(Feedback came in pluses that we are good in maths while we are engineer and here to perform the technical works and several minuses)
Clarification: There was also an observation on a shortcoming in our recruitment process, which restricts the candidates of the current final year of engineering from appearing in BSNL JTOs recruitment examination. CMD observed that this process possibly obstructs more meritorious candidates from appearing for BSNL examination and as a remedy has desired that from the next year, the criteria should be changed to include those candidates also who will be passing the final year examination in the current year.

All the engineers who have joined this department are either working in great depression or trying to find another option and even many have left after joining this organization. This data is also available in corporate office. Any professional CMD can find the actual shortcoming by analyzing this data whether it is in the process of recruitment or in the HR policy to provide them better avenues at par with other CPSUs. The approach of CMD, BSNL is to recruit more and more meritorious candidates and after giving training forced them to leave the organization by abusing them.
Friends, recently we have seen that the Managing Director of "JET AIRWAYS" had apologized for his statement over the curtailment of jobs in JetAirways but our CMD is clarifying the unethical statement instead apologizing, which can be, treated one another abusing remark. Very good ! CMD, BSNL Shri Kuldeep Goyal, let the world learn something from you what the management is all about?
