Dear friends I have already written that, this is our right rather demand. EPF is basically meant to secure the social part and future of employees. It covers our family pension part also. It is much important than our current salary. Rules related to the EPF are very strict and mandatory for the employer. But BSNL has totally ignored such serious issue without bothering about the consequences. Many of our colleagues have left the organization and some have suffered to unfortunate death without seeing their account and provident fund. Despite of our best effort management did not paid any attention and top-level finance officers are only responsible persons behind these anomalies. There is clear-cut Act regarding past recovery and we have also received orders to refund the past amount recovered from employee’s salary from the EPF tribunal Indore and Chennai but director finance is not even ready to talk about this matter. He has deputed some hitlers in field to humiliate the employees seeking for their EPF regards. We must be ready to give better test of their egoistic behaviors. I just need your small support in following ways for complete the resolution of this issue:
How to file RTI: you just need to sign the application document in two copies and reach to AIPO/IPO (Asst Information Public Officer/ Information Public Officer). AIPO is nothing but normally DGM (Admn.) of your SSA and IPO is nothing but GM (Admn) of your circle. You have to deposit Rs 10/- only he will provide you receipt in two copies. Attach the receipt with your application and submit one copy to him. Do not forget to take receive with seal and signature on the other copy. Wait for next 30 Days if information not received or information furnished are not satisfactory you can file to first applet authority i.e. CGMT of your circle within 30 days. He will conduct enquiry and arrange to provide proper information within next 60 days. If you are still not satisfied you can file to CIC (chief information commission), which is independent unit and basically meant for RTI.
How to file individual complain: complete your application in two copies in the format attached and according to your record and submit one copy to EPF office of your region. Do not forget to take receive with seal and signature on the other copy. And follow up the case in every 3-4 days.
