AIGETOA TO HOLD EXECUTIVE BODY MEETING ON 26^TH AND 27^TH DEC. 2009 AT NEW DELHI.

Dear members,

            It does not matter what we have got out of fight for the right because it is not in our hand. It is matter of ethics, it is matter of survival of the company, it is matter of our career and future, it is matter of fighting against the injustice and it is the matter to keep going on with full of dedication and unity. Several vested interests are trying to break our unity under the threat of our honesty. We have proved so for and will keep it going on.

It’s long time to have great patience of young blood for their genuine issues which has been underestimated by the BSNL management and became more vindictive. Management has to think that any legitimate issue could not die on the way without resolution. If we feel that every thing is right in BSNL and we are not being deprived from our genuine rights we can have normal breath else get yourself ready for the long and last breath because soldier always prefer to give up life rather than give up rights.

It seems all other associations and unions have forgotten or compromised with most vital issue i.e. ITS absorption which was supposed to be settled by 31 ^st of this month as per assurance of hour hon’ble CMD at different forum. AIGETOA has decided to hold executives body meeting on 26^th and 27^th December 2009 at Delhi to decide the future course of action and other matters.

All CHQ/CS/CP and committee members are requested to mandatary attend the meeting at this crucial juncture and book their tickets accordingly. AIGETOA has decided to have agenda meeting with BSNL board before our meeting to know the stand of BSNL management in respect of our several issues. We are also trying to invite honourable CMD and Director (HRD) to grace our open session on 27^th December 2009.

  Although detail agenda of the meeting will be circulated shortly but one thing which is clear i. e. pay anomaly of 2005 batch GE-JTOs which is to be taken very seriously. Still we hope that BSNL management is already working on this issue since long time and order will be issued shortly. As you know BSNL management is not giving any importance to the leadership of AIGETOA due to the vested interest of some unabsorbed ITS and our board has become hand doll of this group. In any case if order is not issued in couple of days, GS appeal all the members of AIGETOA in general and 2005 batch GE-JTOs in particular to come at Delhi on 29^th Dec. 2009 to give your hands for peaceful but cumulative persuasion for this issue. GS assures that we will go up to the level of PMO but not come back without resolution of this particular issue.
