DEPUTANIST OFFICERS; THE ROOT CAUSE OF BSNL LOOSING "REVENUE", "PROFIT" & "MARKET SHARE".

Why BSNL is loosing "Revenue", "Profit" and "Market Share" ?

• Is it the Corruption and anti business activities by the deputanist officers in BSNL?

• Is it the lack of belongingness and affinity of guest policy makers?

• Is it the dissatisfaction of it’s qualified work force due to poor HR policy?

• Is it the poor planning and poor man power and material management?

AIGETOA Campaigning of "Corruption Free BSNL" reveals the facts of so called deputanist officer in BSNL enjoying power of procurement of store, planning and policy making. GS has been receiving various records from the field units how these officers are making illegal money for their own pocket on the cost beloved organization. They are busy in procurement of useless store with 4 times cost than available in market. Thousands of Security Guards and contract labours are employed through contractor ignoring the surplus staff in BSNL and they are paid only Rs 1500-2000 while BSNL pays Rs 7000-10000. Unjustified and Un-proportionate office vehicles are hired and being misused for their family service. High level of corruption in promotion, transfer and posting as you have seen recently.

These deputanist officers are not only involved making illegal money and forcing BSNL and our future into the hell but also harassing and humiliating the absorbed ITS officers in BSNL. All the vital posts have been occupied by unabsorbed ITS officers and absorbed officers are kept away. In the same way,  Young ITS officers who are only compatible in current scenario are also ignored by these guest officers.

Now, they have started harassing office bearers and members of the AIGETOA in one or other way who are the real work force to take this BSNL at new zenith. All the members are requested to be united to keep fighting for the better future of BSNL which is the only source of our bread and butter.
