AIGETOA Karnataka  circle : District CONFERENCE OF BGTD & MOBILE Services BANGALORE.

AIGETOA Karnataka Circle BGTD & Mobile Services District Conference held on 26th Aug 2011 at Auditorium PGM Office Bangalore. All the members of BGTD & Mobile Services, Data Network STR, Circle  Office Bangalore were present.

AIGETOA CHQ President Shri Shilohu Rao attended the Circle Conference & presided over the meeting proceedings.

Minutes of meeting of AIGETOA, Karnataka circle BANGALORE SSA and Mobile Services held on 26.08.2011

1.     The venue: Auditorium, 6th floor, PGM Office Bangalore. Meeting started at 17.30 Hrs.

2.     Meeting started with Welcome speech by Smt Lata jain (Auditor AIGETOA Karnataka Circle), Shri Shilou Rao AIGETOA CHQ President, Shri Ashok Y. Shingli (President AIGETOA KTK Circle), Shri Manjunath BG (CS AIGETOA KTK  Circle), Shri Durgesh  P  President AIGETOA DNW Bangalore, Shri Nagaraj C (AIGETOA KTK ACS) and AIGETOA KTK Circle body members and all participants of Bangalore.

3.     Mr Rohit Ghour (AIGETOA KTK Circle Vice president) took responsibility of details of Agenda as schedule. The meeting started with self introduction of the all DR-JTOs and DR-TTAs of Bangalore.

4.     CS AIGETOA KTK Circle Addressed the meeting explained the progress of AIGETOA Karnataka circle from 18.01.2009. Initially management had not gave any importance to DR-JTOs in Karnataka circle. We progressed due to the support of AIGETOA CHQ team and active members of karnataka. AIGETOA Karnataka circle participated India CEC meet at Bhopal. Operation Sacrifice Delhi, All India General meet at Delhi, CWC Kolkata and Emergency meet at Delhi to solve the genuine issues as early as possible. Karnataka Circle taken care to protect members of AIGETOA in all possible ways ,by series of meeting with management GM (Admin), CGMT Karnataka Circle. CS requested CHQ AIGETOA team to go ahead with the resolution taken on Emergency meeting and extended to support from Karnataka circle.

5.     CP AIGETOA KTK Circle addressed all the problems of Karnataka circle DR-JTOs before AIGETOA KTK. If, we all the DR-JTOs, DR-JAOs and DR-TTA will come upon one platform then management will listen to our words effectively. In Karnataka circle most of friends interacting with circle body and many of them expressed their problems. Now, all Karnataka DR-JTOs Support CHQ Leaders. AIGETOA CHQ Team already  taken many steps to solve 2007-08 pay anomalies by interim order, LDCE Examination. We Appreciate the Chennai circle handling various court cases effectively and we extend all support from Karnataka circle. All Karnataka circle DR-JTOs/DR-JAOs has to support coming day’s resolution taken as per emergency meeting. CP also expressed to conducts All India meet in Bangalore near future.

6.     AIGETOA President Shri Shilou Rao addressed the meeting. The meeting was earlier planned but postponed due to several court cases in Chennai, Emergency meeting, meeting with Minister of Service, CMD and DIR (HR) BSNL. He interacted with all members. He said management is now recognizing our strength. He assured all members to protect genuine issues. Pay anomalies of 2007-08 is the first Agenda of all the meetings with management since we are demanding E2 for JTOs and E3 for SDE. The court case against LDCE is finished. Shortly notification for Exam will be issued. He assured CHQ support to AIGETOA Karnataka Circle members.

7.     All the members of Bangalore and Mobile services decided to reorganize the SSA body to work effectively combining STR, Mobile services, Circle office Bangalore. District Secretary Shri Divakar B M (BGTD) insisted only one body for entire Bangalore, as per him forming body at each unit in Bangalore is not good. With Full faith on Circle body of Karnataka this was agreed by all members and Circle body members and hence Unanimously SSA body is elected.

8.     At last Vote of Thanks is given by AIGETOA KTK Circle Finance secretary Shri Jayakumar. Some of members could not participate because of busy schedule informed over phone. The meeting ended at 21.30Hrs.
