Dear friends, get ready for final battle to save this organization and make it free from corruption and unabsorbed ITS officers who are directly and indirectly hampering the growth of our beloved organization for their vested interest. Whenever matters related with ITS officers comes into the picture our board of directors feel helpless why? They are enjoying various facilities, perks and allowances for which they are not eligible on others side BSNL’s own employees are deprived from many things for which they deserve why?
GS and president AIGETOA have tried their best at every level to resolve this vindictive transfer of our circle secretary Shri Ramesh Prasad violating all the transfer policy and business requirement but all in vain. While this case was not impossible to resolve from management side as various transfer cases have already been cancelled at many occasions but he has been vindictively transferred because he is circle secretary of AIGETOA. It is not the first case of targeting our members but there are various such cases in different circles at different levels. Apart from our worst career prospects in BSNL there are series of harassment by these guest rulers as follow:
CGMT MP made two transfer policy one for direct recruits GE-JTO and other for promotee JTO and request from promotee JTO from rural area has been considered within 2-3 years but request from direct recruits were not considered even after passing more than 5-6 years in rural. When we raised this matter to the Director (HRD) and other official in corporate office they were not in position to intervene. Finally, this matter could resolve only after strong protest by AIGETOA MP at circle office against this illegal act.
ACS AIGETOA Chennai has been served memo and transferred to rural 300 km away without TA/TP and joining time just for enquiring his EPF account in EPFO. When we approached to corporate office again they shows their inability to intervene. Finally, after judgment of honorable high court Chennai he could get retention.
CS-MP has been served memo by the circle administration just for using telephone number on letter pad on the complaint of CS-SNEA MP while he also used to write the same.
CGMT AP has made dual policy for GE-JTOs and SDE for consideration of request transfer from tenure (2 years for SDE and 4 years for GE-JTOs) overruling already approved corporate policy.
Batch 2002 was not allowed at many places to appear in the last LDCE illegally and now no one taking responsibility for this ever big injustice. Board of directors are trying to protect these ITS officers who are the root cause of these anomalies.
Department is capable of paying arrears of more then 3.5 lakhs employees within 15 days of time but not capable to pay stipend arrears of hardly 4000 executives even after 6 months of order.
Department is well capable to maintain the GPF records of more than 3 lakhs employees but not capable to maintain the EPF records of hardly 15 thousands of employees.
No one is taking care of pay anomalies of batch 2005 GE-JTOs despite our several persuasions and harassing the representative of AIGETOA who are approaching to resolve this issue.
SR section has given illegal recognition to some executive association violating all the CCS Rules and guidelines but not recognizing AIGETOA. Taking the due privilege of illegal recognition they are exploiting our members at various places.
Recently GS address 2007 batch GE-JTOs who were under training at TTC Jabalpur and came to know that no one has got posting in the urban. Even option has not been called before posting to maintain the transparency. Person belong to place 'A' has been posted to Place 'Z' and vice versa. Many agents are contacting them and seeking some money for their posting in proper place. This shows the game plan for random posting of new batch. One side they are already suffering with least pay scale of E1 and other side they have been posted far away from their choice. How much motivation they will get to be loyal for this department?
SC/ST GE-JTOs have been dropped from DPC of SDE (T) without any reason.
Maximum GE-SDE has been posted to hard tenure or rural ignoring the requirement of the department.
