Dear members,
Now that with consistent persuasion of this association and interest taken by Honourable CMD BSNL (Who is reviewing the Situation time to time despite of his busy schedule and other engagements), the proceedings have been initiated to transfer the cases quickly in Honourable Principal Bench of the CAT by BSNL. The Hon’ble Principal Banch of CAT has admitted the BSNL’s application and has issued notices to all. Since, We want to ensure that postings for LDCE qualified candidates is done at the earliest without any further delay and that all the hurdles is removed, it has been decided that AIGETOA will implead in the LDCE case . For this purpose, we want to engage the services of the senior and finest counsels. Moreover, to ensure that there are no hurdles and stay at other CATs and transfer of Cases is smooth and fast, services of expert lawyers at other places may also be required.

To have a better co-ordination, to provide proper Direction to the expert Lawyers and for 24*7 follow up of the cases in PCAT as well as throughout the country , a committee of following members with in depth knowledge of the legal cases has been constituted:

This committee shall work under the guidance of the General Secretary Sh. R. P. Shahu and All India President Sh. N J P Shilohu Rao.

It has been further decided that while impleading in the PCAT, if felt necessary, all the LDCE qualified candidates (Those who are interested only) shall be made party also.

Dear Members, as we all know and understand that fund is the need of the hour to keep the momentum going and defeat the sinister design of the vested interests, a huge corpus of fund is required. We request the members to contribute voluntarily at least a minimum of Rs. 2000/- towards the legal fund which will go a long way in ensuring justice to members of this association. Further, this Voluntary contribution shall be adjusted against the future contribution of the members making this contribution. We further request the members to refrain from depositing their contribution in Cash. The Deposits should be either through Cheque or through Internet banking and if at all the need is to submit the deposit through Cash, the same should be done with all the relevant details including name and SSA.

Moreover, in near future we may be required to initiate legal proceedings for ensuring that our other interest are also safe like vacancy diversion case which is related with the aspirants for the next LDCE, Standard Pay scale issue, facilities at par with other associations etc. and further we should be prepared enough to respond immediately to any untoward and sudden situation as an outcome of the vested interests. Therefore, in the interest of the members and fraternity, it is very important that our Fund Position remains very strong. So it is once again requested to all the members including those who have passed to make the voluntary contribution.
