Minutes of the AGM & Circle Conference of AIGETOA Jharkhand
The third Circle Conference of AIGETOA Jharkhand Telecom Circle was conducted on 17th July 2016 at Conference Hall, ARTTC BSNL, Ranchi. The meeting was inaugurated by Shri K K Thakur CGMT Jharkhand as a Chief guest in the presence Shri Ravi Shil Verma GS AIGETOA, Md Wasi Ahmad AGS AIGETOA, Shri Ashok Acharya (JS East), Shri Mahipal Singh CP AIBSNLEA Jharkhand, Shri Shashikant CS AIBSNLEA Jharkhand, Shri Dhananjay Singh GM (Admin) and participation across the Circle who made the Circle Conference a success.
Shri Vikas
Jha, CS AIGETOA Jharkhand, welcomed all the guests and
members on behalf of AIGETOA. In his welcome speech Shri
Vikas Jha has briefed about the
last year’s activities of the association. The meeting
has witnessed unprecedented congregation of member of
the association from all corners of Jharkhand circle.
Shri Ravi Shil Verma, GS AIGETOA articulated the efforts and works of the association and assured the management that the association would always work for the betterment of the BSNL and their member in tandem.
Shri Dhananjay Singh, GM (Admin) has accepted the importance of the officer’s association and lauded the works of the AIGETOA.
Shri K K Thakur has endorsed the views of Shri Singh and extolled the AIGETOA as most talented and dynamic officer’s association of the BSNL. The session was adjourned with the vote of thanks to the chair and the members of other executive association by Shri Arvind Kumar, OS AIGETOA.
After the lunch, the session has been called for an open session. Several members have raised their queries on pay parity, implementation of standard pay scale, scrapping of MT & DGM RR, all the queries were replied sagaciously by Shri Ravi Shil Verma and his team of circle head quarter. During the session, some local issues were also discussed and the GS AIGETOA has requested the circle body to look into the matter in time bound manner.
Md. Wasi Ahmed, AGS AIGETOA announced the election for the 11 constitutional posts. The election was convened judiciously by Md. Wasi Ahmed and Shri Ashok Acharya and declared following members as newly elected office bearers: -

The oath taking ceremony was solemnized by Md. Wasi Ahmed and the meeting was ended with thanks to all the members at 19:00 Hrs.
