5th CIRCLE CONFERENCE CUM AGM OF JHARKHAND CIRCLE :

The 5th Circle Conference Cum Annual General Meet of AIGETOA Jharkhand chapter was held on 10th November 2019 at Conference Hall, ARTTC, Ranchi. The Conference was graced by the presence of various distinguished dignitaries from association side and Management side, along with participation of good numbers of BSNL executives from nook and corner of Jharkhand Circle. However the occasion seems partially affected by the recent National matters and Cyclone BULBUL as far as the total numbers is concerned, as the full strength of AIGETOA JKD is 140+ members. The participants witnessed one of the best coordinated events by AIGETOA JHARKHAND team with exemplary hospitality, arrangements and planning.

From AIGETOA CHQ side our beloved General Secretary Shri Wasi Ahmad along with Organizing Secretary-East, Shri Dinesh Roy ,CHQ Advisors Shri Prabhat Kumar (Jharkhand) attended the conference. Open Session was graced by the Presence of CGMT(Jharkhand) Shri K K Thakur Sir as our Chief Guest & GM(HR) Shri A K Samanta. Shri Sahshi Kant Prasad CS AIBSNLEA (Jharkhand) and Shri Vijay Kant Paswan (All India President - SEWA), Shri S N Yadav (Organising Secretary FNTO) Jharkhand also participated as our honoured guests.

Open Session was inaugurated by our Chief Guest Shri K K Thakur, GS AIGETOA, Md. Wasi Ahmad with all other dignitaries by lighting the lamp and prayer. The Theme of Open Session - Role of Employer and Employees in post VRS scenario to achieve the lost glory of BSNL,was discussed and explored by all dignitaries. Shri Prakash Sao, CP (Jharkhand) in his welcome speech deliberated the need to work with honesty and commitment for those who are left with BSNL post VRS phase. The realistic speech of OS(E) Shri Dinesh Roy with examples elaborating not to lose hope and believe on your own skill and knowledge to survive was quite appealing and motivating for everyone. CS Shri Arvind Kumar also delivered enthusiastic and energetic speech appealing all to work together taking one step ahead beyond the limitation of section and department. He suggested the management to come out from the legacy system and adopt ERP in its true spirit. His suggestions can really turn out to be a mile stone in achieving the lost glory of BSNL. Our beloved GS Md. Wasi Ahmad delivered a thoughtful, energetic and elaborative speech was very informative for the audience. He also emphasized upon the need for future planning and suggested the higher authorities to raise important issues relating to the future roadmap and planning for post VRS scenario and be implemented well within time. He also figured out the concerns of BRs and appealed to the ÇGMT to raise the issues in next HOCC which was well acknowledged by him. The subject was extensively deliberated by all dignitaries including the very informative and fruitful speech by GM (HR) and a mesmerising and brilliant speech by CGMT (JKD) which can motivate every one and brought smiles on the face of all under such a tense situation of BSNL Revival. We are very thankful to CGMT Sir for his presence and highly motivating speech, he is a true leader and his presence indeed made the event so successful and fruitful. We also thanks GM(HR) for his valuable, informative guidance. The dignitaries were felicitated by Team AIGETOA Jharkhand. The entire function was beautifully hosted and brilliantly anchored by Smt. Renuka Jha and Smt. Anjali Kujur delighted the audience and completed with very impressive and heartfelt, soul touching thanks giving speech by Shri R R Tiwari AGM ( Marketing).

In the afternoon session, various SSA reports/Circle Term Report & Finance reports were presented by the concerned office bearers. Further there was an interactive session headed by CHQ team & Circle team. The session enlightened the core & collegiums members present in the conference with various stand / initiatives by AIGETOA team on various fronts and various apprehension raised from members also clarified.

The Election process for new Circle Executive Body of AIGETOA Jharkhand Chapter was controlled by Shri Jitendra Purti (Returning Officer) and guided by Shri Dinesh Roy (CHQ Observer). The collegiums unanimously elected the following Circle office bearers for the next term for AIGETOA Jharkhand.
