Do’s & Don’ts for Our Organizational Action to Secure Right & Respect of Qualified Direct Recruits

Do’s:

·        Be confident.

·        Be positive.

·        Believe your representatives.

·        Participate and execute every call of association.

·        Contact your direct recruit’s friends and share the information about the issues and action of association.  

·        Motivate each and every direct recruit to participate this revolutionary agitation.

·        Support each other in case management is targeting any one of us vindictively.

·        Get ready for any consequences in fight of respect and right. 

Don’ts:

·        Don’t believe in rumors.

·        Don’t be trapped in “divide and rule” policy of management to weaken our movement.

·        Don’t be prejudice to anyone.

·        Don’t target and comment on any particular group or person.

·        Don’t fear about CDA rules and guidelines in the fight of respect and rights.

·        Don’t fear about vindictive action of management.

·        Don’t calculate and compare your personal benefits.
