"AIGETOA FUND APPEAL"

Dear Friends,

As you know that, this association is working with very limited resources specially the fund. To keep alive the association activities in the best interest of it’s members fund acts like blood. Hence AIGETOA CHQ hereby calling following contribution from it’s members.

Rs 500/- from Every Member (Mandatory):

• To meet out the expenditure of AGM to be held at Jaipur.

• To have a rented/own office of AIGETOA CHQ at New Delhi.

• To have some minimum assets in the AIGETOA CHQ office at New Delhi.

• Any other expenditure in the interest of members with due approval of CEC.

• This amount is apart from normal subscription.

Rs 2000/- from those LDCE passed members who have yet not paid: (earlier this association has called voluntary contribution of Rs 2000/- from LDCE passed members to meet out the legal expenditure but some of them have yet not paid)

• To meet out the legal expenditure on LDCE promotion and posting order.

• To meet out the future legal expenditure likely to file for notional pay fixation.

• To meet out any other expenditure on LDCE.

• Any other expenditure in the interest of members with due approval of CEC.

• This amount will be adjusted against CHQ quota of subscription.

Note: Above contribution is to be paid directly in the CHQ account given below and as early as possible. All circle and CHQ office bearers should own the responsibility in motivating the members for above contribution.
