"ANNUAL GENERAL MEET & ELECTION OF GOVERNING BODY ON 14th & 15th Sept'13"
AIGETOA CHQ hereby notifies Annual General meeting and election of governing body on 14th & 15th Sep-2013 at Jaipur, Rajasthan. Agenda of the meeting : Dissolution of existing governing body of AIGETOA CHQ and election of new governing body of AIGETOA CHQ.
Manner in which election will be conducted:

Online nomination will be called for new governing body of AIGETOA CHQ from 14th Aug-2013 to 20th Aug-2013. Any valid member of the association can file his nomination.

Verification of the nomination received will be done by the returning officer in consultation with concern circle secretaries from 20th Aug-2013 to 25th Aug-2013.

Provisional list of the nomination received will be displayed on CHQ website on 26th Aug-2013.

Nomination can be withdrawn between 27th Aug-2013 to 30th Aug-2013 on written request to returning officer through hard copy or electronic media like e-mail.

Final list of nomination received will be displayed on 1st Sep-2013 on CHQ website.

Any person from the final list of nomination can contest for any post in the governing body as per the provisions and in adherence to the constitution of AIGETOA. If one can not be elected for one post he can contest for next post.

Sequence of election for the post will be decided by the returning officer in consultation with the circle representatives present over there.

Voting for election of CHQ office bearer will be done by the electoral collegiums i.e. delegates from among valid and elected circle representative (Maximum 5 representatives from each circle including circle secretary). Hence circle body are requested to conduct their election with due notification and intimation to GS AIGETOA preferably before the end of this month if term is already expired.

Circles should send the name of electoral collegiums i.e. circle representatives taking part in voting before 5th Sep-2013.

Voting rights to every representatives from the circle will be equally divided as per the average paid CHQ quota from 1st June-2010 to 31st Aug-2013.

Last date for depositing CHQ quota is 1st Sep-2013.

Any objections qua the list of collegiums of the Society entitled to vote or members to be elected as governing body of AIGETOA CHQ shall be decided by the Returning Officer in consultation with the office-bearers of the society. However, the decision of the Returning Officer shall be final in the event of any difference of opinion.
