Action of AIGETOA in accession to our earlier agitation program after unilateral notification of MT by BSNL Management

AIGETOA, formed with some specific goal to uplift the status of Qualified Executives. Management has issued notification for the Management Trainee and challenged our existence. Now, if management would be able to recruit MT above GE-JTOs then there is no further need of association. Every cadre had to go for extreme to uplift their status. In recent past, last 10-15 years you will find that, all the diploma holder, phone mechanics got promotion to TTA over no diploma after continuous fight of 55 days, ITS officers were succeeded to stop the IAS officers above them in DOT after strong struggle, all the Group-C employees even the non deserving had been promoted to Group B after long agitation. Now it’s our turn, we have to take extreme steps even be ready to give your last breath.

AIGETOA has decided to stage a protest on 20th Nov 2008 by taking mass C/L, in addition to our ongoing agitation.

Activities to be carried out on 20th Nov. 2008.

Every member has to submit the application for C/L by 19.11.2008 in the attached format. Click for C/L format
All the members of SSA level should reach to SSA/Circle head offices collectively on 20.11.2008 in morning session and Circle Secretaries/District Secretaries will hand over the memorandum to the SSA/Circle heads in the attached format. Click for memorandum format
Sought slogan out side the SSA/Circle head offices against the BSNL management specially CMD for abusing DRGEJTOs in 14th HOCC and burning off the prints of MT notification for at least 2 hours.

We should also arrange media if possible, to highlight the activity of BSNL management and humiliation of engineers in BSNL.

Madhya Pradesh and Chhattishgarh circles have already decided for no co-operation of work after 20th Nov 2008. All the circles are also requested to follow the same.

Participation in dharna on 1st December 2008 at corporate office is must for every member from throughout the country. so, all the DS/DP and CHQ members are requested to please ensure booking of one sided tickets of every members at the earliest and intimate the status on chqaigetoa@gmail.com by 25th of this month for the necessary arrangement.

Please remember that management will try his level best to make failure of our agitation by hook or crooks but no need to fear about anything because “JO DAR GAYA SAMJHO WO MAR GAYA”.
